Refund policy

At Menuzo, we aim to provide high-quality printed restaurant menus and marketing materials. Because most of our products are custom printed, please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

 

Custom Printed Products

All menus and printed materials ordered from Menuzo are custom made to your specifications. For this reason, custom printed products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or faulty.


We strongly recommend that customers carefully review their artwork, spelling, layout, and order details before confirming their order.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, please email us with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged or faulty items

  • A brief description of the issue

 

Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following solutions:

 

  • A free reprint of the affected items

  • A partial or full refund

  • A replacement order

 

Colour Variation

Please note that colours may vary slightly between digital screens and printed materials. Minor colour differences are considered normal and are not classified as printing defects.

 

Order Errors

Menuzo cannot accept responsibility for errors in artwork or information that was approved by the customer before printing, including:

  • Spelling mistakes

  • Incorrect prices

  • Incorrect menu items

  • Layout issues

Please double-check all proofs before approving production.

Delivery Issues

If your order is lost or significantly delayed during shipping, please contact us and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
